House Rules

1. A Rental Agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking.
2. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the Property. This includes all e-cigarettes and other vape type instruments.
3. The fireplace shall not be used at any time.
4. Lock all doors upon departure at all times.
5. All garbage and refuse shall be kept in the container(s) specified by Owner. When garbage containers inside the Property are full, all garbage and refuse bags shall be placed outside of the Property in the proper receptacles specified by Owner.
6. No loud speakers, televisions, radios or other devices shall be used in a manner so as to disturb the neighboring properties. Noise shall be kept to a minimum after 10:00pm.
   
7. Guests shall keep the Property at a temperature sufficiently high to prevent freezing of water in pipes and fixtures.
8. Guests shall park their cars only in those portions of the parking area designated for that purpose. In the event that Guests fail to park their cars in the designated parking areas as aforesaid, then Guests shall be responsible for any citations, and Owner may terminate the Agreement without refund.
9. The plumbing facilities shall not be used for any other purpose than that for which they are constructed, and no foreign substance of any kind, including hazardous materials, tampons, sanitary napkins, or condoms, shall be thrown therein and the expense of any breakage, stoppage, or damage resulting from a violation of this provision shall be borne by Guests.
10. Guest shall not keep on the Property any hazardous materials including flammables, such as gasoline, kerosene, fireworks, or explosives, or any other articles of an intrinsically dangerous nature.
11. Guests shall not possess any illegal drugs on the Property.
12. CHECKOUT: Washing dishes/starting the dishwasher is not required but appreciated, removing all Guest food from the refrigerator/cabinets, disposing of trash into provided containers, placing used towels and linens in the main bathroom, sweeping up excessive dirt. Lock all doors including the rear screen door, back door with chain lock and front door. Turn off all lights.
13. Guests shall be responsible for the observance of these Rules by Guest's invitees and other guests.
14. The foregoing Rules and any changes or amendments hereinafter promulgated, are a part of the Agreement between Owner and Guest.
